ConnectomeInfluenceCalculator is the Drugowitsch lab’s Python engine behind every adjusted-influence number in the BANC paper. Given a connectome as a SQLite file it builds a sparse rescaled connectivity matrix and solves the steady-state response with PETSc and SLEPc.
What you can use it for. Use it to compute influence on very large connectomes (hundreds of thousands of neurons, millions of edges), with options for signed connectivity, per-call silencing of neurons, and a tunable post-synaptic count threshold.
